Where one Falls, may many Rise

Empowering, inspiring, and supporting all young climbers through accessible, high-quality mountain training.

Jonathan's Legacy

In the winter of 1979, Jonathan fell from the north face of the Matterhorn. He was 27 years old.

Jonathan’s boundless enthusiasm for the outdoors led to a love of climbing that provided constant challenge, growth, and excitement. But a lack of experience and training meant that his life was tragically cut short.

Today we work to honour his legacy, by equipping young climbers with the skills and understanding they need to explore the mountains safely.
