As like many charities we have been impacted by the credit crunch, and our income through investments has been reduced. This has meant that during 2010 our numbers of places offered on the Alpine Courses were reduced. We are more dependent on fundraising and donations
The Trust was very pleased to be able to make a contribution towards the making of “Off Piste Essentials” DVD, which will educate and inspire all those wanting to ski or board of all standards. The skills illustrate a progression through off piste skiing to multi day ski tours and ski mountaineering in glacial terrain.
In the spirit of the Trust, we continue to help young people enjoy the mountains safely.
